4. MyNursEd Membership Account
To use NursEd Products, you agree that you are at least 19 years of age. You agree that your membership account is property of NursEd and your account may be changed or updated from time to time without notice to you. If NursEd suspects that information provided by you is inaccurate or untrue, NursEd reserves the right to terminate your membership and refuse all current and future Product use.
To access NursEd Products, you will create a membership account using your email address and a password. You accept responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur in your membership account. You are not permitted to share your membership account information with others.
You agree to notify NursEd of any suspected or actual unauthorized use of your account. NursEd is not legally responsible for any damages or loss arising from your failure to maintain the privacy confidentiality of your account information. You also agree that your membership account and purchased products are non-transferrable. And you acknowledge that NursEd has reserves the right to deactivate membership accounts that are inactive after 6 months.
NursEd reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate or refuse your access to use the Website, including but not limited to your membership account and Products, and current and future access to the use of your membership account or the Website if you violate any of the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, the terms of this Agreement will continue to apply.
Termination of your account includes: removing access to your purchased Products, deleting your password and any information posted by you, and preventing further use of our Products.
Criteria for account termination include: (a) a request by you, (b) users who may intentionally infringe copyright or trademarks, (c) changes or discontinuation of Products in total or in part, (d) unanticipated technological issues, or (e) suspected illegal or fraudulent activities.
Further, you agree that NursEd will not be held liable to you or any third party for any such termination of your account or access to our Products.
6. NursEd Products
NursEd includes access to a free membership account and information resources (collectively referred to as the Content). Products available for purchase are provided for informational purposes only. NursEd and its owners, partners, contractors and employees are not responsible or liable for the completeness, availability, usefulness and accuracy of any information on our Website or made available by our Products. You understand and agree that Products are provided “As-Is” and “As Available” and that NursEd accepts no responsibility for the timeliness or deletion of your user information.
You agree that NursEd reserves the right at any time, and from time to time to change or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, Products (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that NursEd is not liable to you for any changes in our Products.
You acknowledge that NursEd has general practices regarding the use of Products including: (a) the maximum duration of access to digital Products, (b) the maximum number of times you may access digital Products in a given period of time, (c) the maximum number of downloads of digital products.
You acknowledge that NursEd:
- has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any information you post in your Products
- reserves the right to modify our general practices from time to time without notification to you
You agree to protect and hold NursEd and it’s owners, partners, contractors and employees harmless from any claim or demand including education fees, registration fees, exam fees, legal fees, loss of income, and loss of profits arising out of your use of NursEd Products or your violation of this Agreement.
Please read carefully the NursEd money back guarantee refund policy:
- Within 30 days of purchasing a Product (including but not limited to: Quick Review Flash Cards, Comprehensive Review eBook, Multiple Choice Questions, and the Mock Multiple Choice Exam), you may request a refund for your purchased Product by emailing us at hello@nursEd.ca.
- Upon issuing your full refund of the amount you paid for your Product, online access to your purchased Product will be cancelled
- Refunds will be issued within three to four weeks of NursEd receiving your request
- No refunds will be issued 30 days after Product purchase
- No refunds will be issued for use of one-on-one consultation
- Refer to each Product for further details (price, duration and frequency of access)
This above Agreement contains the entire agreement between you and NursEd and governs your use of our Website and the Content. This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, discussions, and negotiations communicated verbally or orally.
